1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp. allspice


Sauce for above
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. beef boullion granuales
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
/ c cooked pasta/noodles, rice

Directions:

350 - 20-25 min.)

Line pan with foil.
Form balls, pat dry bake.
Make roux, flour, bouillion and butter, gradually milk, bring to boil, reduce to simmer 6-7 min.til thickened, add meatballs, pour over pasta.
