1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. sugar & 1 tsp. cinnamon (to roll dough balls into)
Directions:
Directions:
400º oven, spray cookie sheet with cooking spray

1. Cream sugar, shortening & eggs.
2. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda & salt.
3. Make into 1-1 1/2" balls & roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
4. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8-10 min.
