1 ¼ lb. Dungeness crab meat (shelled and cooked)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. panko breadcrumbs + 1 c. for coating
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with hands until thoroughly mixed. Weigh out 1½ ounce portions and form into cakes. Roll to coat in more panko and brown top and bottom surfaces in a hot sauté pan with vegetable oil. Serve.
