2 large or 3 small graham cracker crusts
3/4 stick oleo
2 cup coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
8-oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
16-oz. Cool Whip
1 jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in Pyrex dish. Add coconut and almonds. Toast until brown at 375º. Stir often.

Mix cream cheese and condensed milk, fold in cool whip. Pour into crusts. Sprinkle with cooled coconut mixture. Drizzle caramel topping over top.

Freeze until ready to serve.
