1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced

5 bone-in skin on chicken thighs
2 cups baby potatoes halved
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
3 - 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Preheat oven 450
In large bowl combine vinegar, honey, mustard and garlic season S & P. Wisk until combined. Add chicken toss til coated marinate 1 hour in refrigerator can be longer.

Prep potatoes place in bowl add chopped rosemary season S & P Add 1Tbsp olive oil toss set aside

In large skillet add remaining oil Add chicken and marinade brown chicken(at this point I transfer to baking pan) add potatoes nestling them between chicken pieces and rosemary sprigs
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked
