steak seasoning (optional)

1/2 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
olive oil
1/3 - 1/2 jar Alfredo sauce (can substitute sour cream or Greek yogurt)
1/2 lb linguini

Directions:
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces, put into a bowl with marinade and steak seasonings. Best if you can leave this for at least a half hour.
Saute beef in a small amount of olive oil over medium heat.
Julienne the peppers and onion and add to the pan.
Dice the garlic cloves and add to the pan.
When everything is cooked, add Alfredo sauce and stir to combine.
Add cooked pasta to the pan, combine and serve.
