Cut up whole chicken or boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long grain rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup in water
Put rice in bottom of casserole dish
Pour 1/2 the soup mix over rice
Place chicken on the rice
Pour remainder of soup over chicken

Bake 350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until chicken is tender
