1 head cauliflower- chopped
1 onion - chopped
1 pound bacon fried and crumbled
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cups frozen peas

DRESSING
2 cups mayo
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sugar

Tomato wedges

Layer vegetables in glass bowl in order listed
Mix the dressing ingredients and pour on salad
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Decorate with tomato wedges
