1 lb sausage
1 can croissants
2 tbsp. butter melted

sausage gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out croissants and spread uncooked sausage evenly on dough.

Roll up in a long roll. Wrap in wax paper and freeze for about an hour until very cold but not frozen

Cut into 1/2" slices, place on cookie sheet and bush with melted butter

Bake 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees

I usually get a packet of peppered gravy that you just add water to and serve as a "dipping" sauce for these.
