1/3 cup italiann seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 lb Veal Scalopinne
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1\2 Cup White Wine
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Butter
2 tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Fresh Parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and pepper in small bowl; dredge veal in bread crumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat; add veal and cook 1 -2 min on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet keep warm.

Add wine, lemon juice and butter to skillet, stiring lossen browned particles. Cook untill hourly heated. Stir in capers and parsley; spoon over veal and serve.
