1½ cups flour
1½ stick margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese
2 cup whipped topping
2 cups powdered sugar
2 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
3½ cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients well. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cream sugar and cream cheese, then add whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare pudding with milk. When thickened, spread over cream cheese layer. Top with additional whipped topping.
