3 c Hungry Jack potatoes flakes
1 c water
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 c milk
3/4-1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flakes into a large bowl. Heat water, butter and salt to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add milk. Add liquid to flakes, stir until moistened - may be crumbly. Gradually add flour with hands til soft dough forms and it is rolling consistency. Form 13 small balls. Roll on well floured cookie cloth. Bake on griddle. Yum! Yum!
