2 C Sugar
1 C white Vinegar
1 lg. can Sauerkraut-drained
1 C thinly sliced Celery
1 C julienne strips Green Peppers
1 Carrot--cut into paper thin strips
1/4 C Pimento-diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook -vinegar and sugar until boiling. Stir until sugar dissolves (syrupy). Cool
Combine--sauerkraut,celery, green peppers, carrot and pimento
Pour cold vinegar mixture over ingredients and mix.
Cover and marinate at least 12 hours in refridgerator.
Flavor increases with age. Keeps for at least a week.
