¾ cup flour
1 small package regular vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
Mix together all of the above and spread in the bottom of a 8"x8" greased pan.

1 pound fruit
sugar to taste

Mix fruit with sugar to taste. Spread fruit over the batter. (You can use a big can of sliced peaches but drain them well or use frozen fruit-- just thaw first or fresh fruit)

TOPPING:
1 package 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup milk or use reserved juice from peaches

Mix this together will and pour over the top of the fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with cream--YUMMO!!!!!
