2/3 C White Vinegar
1 1/4 C Sugar
1 med. Onion or Green Onions
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 C Corn or Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp Poppy Seed
Spinach and another Green
Mandarin Orange
Strawberries---sliced thin
Optional---Walnuts or Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Blend in blender----vinegar.onion,sugar and mustard.
Slowly add to blender--corn/veg. oil
Stir in ---poppy seed

Pour over greens. Add oranges,strawberries and nuts to taste
