¾ cup flour (high altitude, Hungarian flour)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 box (3 ounce) vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
¾ cup sugar (divided)
½ cup milk
1 egg
2 cups sliced, fresh peaches ( frozen or canned will work)
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese

TOPPING:
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, ¼ cup sugar, milk and egg. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Place peaches over batter. Beat together cream cheese, ½ cup reserved sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over peaches to within one inch of edge of pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
