2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
1 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. dry sherry
1/2 C. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Coat the meat liberally with the sauce and allow it to marinate for several hours. During the last 10 - 15 minutes of grilling, baste the meat with the marinade. Makes 2 cups.
