10 slices bread (sourdough or white)
2 cans crab
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
4 eggs slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 c. Mushroom Soup
grated cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Dice four slices of bread. Place in greased 9 x13 glass pan. Mix crab, mayo, onion, celery and green pepper. Spread over bread in casserole. Trim crusts from remaining bread and cube. Place on crab mixture. Mix eggs and milk and pour over top. Spread with soup, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for one hour.
