1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. water
2 t. onion powder
2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
5 cups diced cooked chicken
20 flour tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup 2 % milk
2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, water, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in the chicken. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in two greased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk and chilies. Pour over enchiladas. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
