-Adolph's Meat Tenderizer
-Black pepper (Both sides of meat)
-Garlic Powder
-Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Start by putting Meat tenderizer over the meat not a whole lot just enough for flavor then massage in olive oil on both sides of the meat add Black pepper and Garlic powder to taste. Then individually bag the meat or air seal.

Make sure to clean grill before and add Olive oil to the grates.Then put steaks on for 3 minutes and switch in a 90 degree angle so the steak get the cross hatching marks. Do the same thing for the other side and after the steaks have good cross hatching lower the heat and wait about 5 minutes or until cooked to liking.
