2 lbs ground beef
2 large yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 C water
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 14.5 oz cans diced stewed tomatoes
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. dried Italian herb blend
2 bay leaves
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot or dutch oven, cook and stir the ground beef over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Pour off excess fat, and stir in onions and garlic.
Cook and stir until the onions are translucent, about 10 more minutes.
Stir in water, tomato sauce, diced stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian herbs, and bay leaves.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the macaroni.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover, and simmer over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and serve.
