3 1/2 cups of flour
1 TBSP baking powder
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

4 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 sticks (1cup) melted butter
1 can (16oz) pure pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 350º.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, ginger, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves in a large bowl.
3. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and sugars in a medium bowl.
4. Whisk in butter until fully incorporated and then the pumpkin.
5. Beat wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
6. Divide between two loaf pans.
7. Bake until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean; about 50 minutes.
8. Cool for a few minutes and run a knife around the pan to loosen.
9. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.

Can substitute 1/4 tsp of ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg for different taste.
