Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
10 tsp. oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and then mix in wet ingredients.. Stir and knead until the same consistency through out. Dough will e moist and elastic but no sticky. Let set about 10 minutes; then make one-inch cubes balls. Roll each one about 1/8-inch thick using a little flour. Spread out to 1/16 -inch with your fingers. Fry one by one on a medium hot greased griddle. When bubbles appear turn over and toast second side the same. (if the temperature is right, the tortillas will inflate on the second turn.) Keep turning until cooked.

Stack the hot tortillas in a towel to keep warm. Fill with your favorite. Kids love them with peanut butter or made into quesadillas. They will keep a couple of days just in a dry towel.

Personal Notes:
From S/V "Lady Patty" --- For parties, double the recipe.
On our boat I made a giant stack and invited everyone over to bring their favorite burrito stuffing. Some were hard to pick up they were so full. We never had leftovers.
