2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Stir in buttermilk and knead.
4. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15-25 minutes
