1 bag romaine lettuce
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles
½ cup real bacon bits (or cook your own and crumble)
Store-bought Spinach Salad dressing (I like Litehouse brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Throw all the ingredients except salad dressing together in a big bowl. Add salad dressing and toss.

NOTE: Sometimes I add roasted or grilled chicken breast strips and make it a meal instead of a side dish.

When Lisa was married to Bob, we were invited over to dinner at the home of Bob’s best friend and his wife, Sue. She served this salad and we all loved it. We convinced her to give us the recipe and it forever became known as “Sue Salad”.
