2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa (optional)
2 T. white corn syrup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8"x8" square baking pan.

In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, corn syrup and milk.
Cook on high until mixture comes to a boil.
Turn temperature down to medium, stirring constantly, cook to soft ball stage.
Add remaining ingredients: butter, vanilla and peanut butter.
Beat until mixture begins to harden.
Pour into a greased 8"x8" square baking pan.
Let completely harden before serving.
