1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp.. paprika
6 chicken breasts
3T. oil
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 (12 oz.) apricot jam
1/2 c. apricot nectar or orange juice
2 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow pan, combine first four ingredients.
Coat chicken with this and brown chicken in oil.
Put into crockpot.
In bowl, combine salsa, preservers and nectar.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours.
Serve on rice.
