2 pounds of ground chuck
3 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
2 - 14.5oz Brooks tomatoes, undrained
1 - 6oz tomato paste
1 - 4oz can green chilis, chopped
3 TBSP chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
2 - 15oz cans Brooks chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook beef, onions, pepper and garlic until beef is brown and juices evaporate.
2. Add tomatoes and their liquid, tomato paste and remaining ingredients except beans.
3. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for one to one and a half hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Add beans and heat through.
5. Serve with corn bread/sour cream/shredded cheese
