1 1/3 c. flour
3 eggs
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in blender; blend smooth. Add water if needed to make batter thin. For each crepe, melt small amount of butter in hot pan. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, rotating so batter spreads thinly and evenly. Turn when lightly browned. Cook other side. Roll up crepe. Top with jam, powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
