1-2 pounds of chicken breast or tenderloins
2-3 eggs
bread crumbs
1 large jar of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 package of muenster cheese

Directions:
Directions:
NIGHT BEFORE or TWO HOURS BEFORE:
1. Beat eggs and stir into chicken. Refrigerate at least two hours before making dish

DAY OF EVENT:
1. Take chicken out and coat in bread crumbs
2. Lightly fry until brown and immediately put in 13x9 backing dish
3. When all chicken is fried, take mushrooms (with juice) and place over chicken.
4. Pour in broth and place cheese over entire dish.
5. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
