2 pounds shrimp
2 12 ounce bottles of beer
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Wash shrimp, don’t peel. Combine everything but the shrimp in large pot, and bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Return to a boil, reduce heat, and then simmer two to five minutes.

Drain and serve with Tabasco and cocktail sauce.
