2 cups butter
1 cup confectioner's sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chilled

Baking supplies needed: Parchment paper

Note: this recipe requires refrigeration.

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and slowly add flour. Stir in pecans. Refrigerate for three to four hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from refrigerator. Scoop out one tablespoon and roll dough into ball. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool and roll in confectioner's sugar before serving.
