3 Tbls. orange juice
2 Tbls. low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbls. rice vinegar
1 Tbls. honey
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger, fresh grated is preferred, can use bottled ground
4 salmon fillets - about 1 in thick (6-ounce)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Combine first 6 ingredients in a baking dish that will fit the salmon. Stir with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 450º for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce.
