1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 package lean ground beef
1/2 package of small shell pasta (450 grams)
1 can whole tomato's
1 can diced tomato's
1 package Old El Paso Taco seasoning mix
1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove diced garlic
1/2 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a large skillet, pour red wine, add ground beef and diced garlic clove. Cook over medium heat until beef is fully cooked.
While preparing the meat, boil pasta until 1 minute under recommended time.

2. Add canned tomato's (both whole and diced) and can of cheddar cheese soup to the skillet. Blend (stir) until cheese soup is smoothly blended.

3. Combine mixture from skillet with pasta in a casserole dish. Top (sprinkle) with desired amount of grated cheddar cheese.

4. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until top is crisp, browned and casserole is bubbling.

*if in a time jam, all ingredients can be mixed in the skillet and served straight onto plates and topped with the cheddar cheese ;)

For vegetarian, replace the ground beef for vegan 'ground beef'.
