1 cup Acini de Pepe pasta
¾ cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt salt
2 egg, well beaten
3 (8-oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8-oz) carton non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Directions:

Cook pasta according to box directions, rinse with cold water.
Drain fruit but keep the juice.

Combine sugar, flour and salt in a saucepan. Stir in juice from drained fruit into beaten egg then into the sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat. Set aside to cool.

When juice is cool mix with pasta, then place in refridgerator let set 12 hours. (I have let it set for just a few hours and it is fine.) Add fruit and cool whip then serve.
