4 whole wheat wraps (or your choice of flavors)
1/2 cup roasted Popitas (shelled pumpkin seeds, found at whole food stores)
1/2 cup Salsa Verde
1/2-1 cup Black beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
4 oz. Goat cheese crumbled (optional but good)

Mango Salsa
3-4 mangos, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. chopped Cilantro
2-3 tbsp. lime juice
Salt to taste

Mix salsa Verde, black beans and toasted Popita seeds. spread on a tortilla. Top with 1 oz. each of cheeses, roll up and fry in Canola oil. Top with Mango salsa and serve.
