1 c flour
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 c butter or oleo

2 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c sifted flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Spread in the bottom of 9 in. square pan. Bake at 350º until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and rhubarb and spread over crust. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

I remember my mom cutting rhubarb from Great Grandma Dreyer's old home place in order to make this or rhubarb custard pie. Rhubarb is hard to come by in the South because it only grows for 2 years at the most.
