1/2 c milk
1/2 c flour
3 eggs
1 tsp sugar
dash of salt
2 to 3 large apples

For glaze: 4 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamin
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk milk, flour, eggs, sugar and salt into batter. Pour half the batter into a skillet with a good quantity of butter that has been. Peel, core, and thinly slice apples. Spread apples over the batter. Pour the rest of the batter over the apples. The pancake is gently flipped in order to brown on both sides. When it is done, dot with butter and sprinkle the glaze over the top. Place in a hot oven until the sugar is glazed.
