1 pkg. small flour tortillas--at least 12-15

Chicken Mixture
4 chicken breast (boil and save stock)
chop chicken and add 4-oz cream cheese
add 4 green onions or 3 T. regular onion
Mix. Add 3-4 T. cream sauce after you make it

Cream Sauce
1/4 stick butter
melt butter an add 1/3 cup flour
Stir together. Then add 3-4 cups chicken stock. Stir until smooth.
Cook until thick or creamy, then add 1 cup sour cream.
Stir until smooth. Put 3 or 4 T. cream sauce in chicken mixture.

Cover bottom of dish with cream sauce (about 1 1/2 cups).
Put 2 T. of chicken mixture in flour tortilla and place on top of cream sauce, seam side down. Put in rows close together. Repeat process until all chicken mixture is used up. Then pour the remaining cream sauce on top. Sprinkle with 8 oz. of Mexican cheese (Monterey Jack, Colby)

Serve with salad.
