1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 T. milk
3 oz. dried beef (finely chopped)
2 T. minced onion,
2 T. green pepper, chopped
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 C. sour cream
chopped pecans or crumbled crisp bacon
Favorite crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add dried beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and garlic salt. Mix well. Stir in sour cream. Put in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans or bacon. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
