1/2 cup burgundy wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon paprika
1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
Lemon Pepper seasoning
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tenderloin (5 pounds)

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloin in large baking dish. Pour marinade over and cover tightly. Refrigerate 2 hours (overnight is better). Turn occasionally.
Uncover. Place on bottom rack of oven (will be sitting in marinade). Broil 20 minutes on each side. Cover and bake 10-15 minutes at about 400 degrees.
On grill, cook until 160 degrees on meat thermometer.
