8 oz. fresh baby spinach, rinsed
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
1 pint sliced strawberries or blueberries or raspberries

For the dressing:
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbs canola oil

!. In a large bowl (or large zip-lock bag), combine well washed spinach, walnuts, and fruit.

2. In a jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, and oil. Shake until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

3. When ready to serve, give the jar a shake,* pour dressing over spinach, and toss to combine.

*(I use a large ziplock bag to coat thoroughly without drenching it. - I hold back about 1/3 of the dressing to see if I need it - then add it if needed.)

So easy. The dressing is sweet so it is almost a dessert as well.
