6 slices bacon, diced
8 oz goat cheese
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 cup finely diced black Mission figs
black pepper
2 tsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

Directions:
In a large saute pan, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels. In a bowl, combine goat cheese, honey and figs. Season with lots of black pepper, then mix in bacon and parsley leaves. Serve with crackers.
