3 cups canned sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup marshmallows
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup coconut, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix canned sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and vanilla thoroughly. Spread mixture into 9 x 11" glass baking dish.

Mix brown sugar, flour, marshmallows, walnuts, and coconut into a topping. Sprinkle topping on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 35 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly and marshmallows are lightly toasted.

This is another of my grandma's favorite recipes. It's a perfect Thanksgiving side; that is, it's debatable as to whether or not it's a side or a dessert. And it is important to note, you can always add more marshmallows!
