2# ground beef
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (10 oz) can any variety cream soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
Directions:

350º
grease pan

in large bowl mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 soup mix
celery, spices
mix till blended, put in loaf pan

whisk together remaining sour cream and soup mix, canned soup and milk
pour over loaf,

bake 1 hour
