16 oz. Peanut butter (2 cups)
3 1/2 c. Powdered sugar (1 pound)
3/4 c. Butter (1 1/2 sticks)
Melting chocolate (as needed)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix room temperature butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar. Roll into balls, you decide size. Insert toothpicks into PB balls chill for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip chilled PB balls into chocolate and cool on cookie sheets lined with wax paper.
