450 mL can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cups Vegetable Broth
1 small can Tomato Paste

Directions:

In a medium-sized pot, add the olive oil and onions and set over medium heat until the onion begins to soften. Add garlic and continue cooking for two minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer for a few minutes, turn off the heat, and then remove from the stove and puree until smooth.
