3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bananas
1/2 cup oil
8 ounces (can) crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix wet ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs, then mix into wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet until mixed thoroughly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes for cake, or 25 minutes for muffins.
