5 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 T salt
2 large onions (diced)
1 T garlic salt
3 T Italian Seasoning
1 T oregano
1 T red pepper flakes
1 T Siracha sauce
6 T Worchestshire sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
5 cloves garlic
4 T maple syrup
1/2 cup crown royal whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º, line cookie sheets with foil and parchment.
In a large mixing bowl blend all ingredients thoroughly. Form into toonie sized balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with pasta and sauce or cool completely and freeze in bags of 8 (depending on the size of your servings)
This recipe makes 5 dozen meatballs.
