1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 (3-oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping
Chocolate syrup for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to boiling water and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat, stir in flour, then let stand 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, then spread dough in a lightly greased jellyroll pan. Bank at 400º F for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool.

Combine pudding mix and milk, stirring until thick. Add whipped topping and spread over dough. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and chill. Cut in squares and serve.
